【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 China GL Manager】聯系人：Lincy-Cao，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Responsibility: The China GL Manager accounting position is responsible for the following tasks: prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, maintenance, and coordination of Oracle and UFIDA interface and reporting; financial statement preparation and analysis and will participate in projects to collaborate with other departments to drive financial close processes improvements; preparation of internal management reporting and external reporting schedules; assist with statutory quarterly, year-end and interim audits; own China payroll process and manage accounts payable; prepare annual tax filings and tax ad-hoc requests for preparation of local statutory tax requirements, and other projects; ensuring intercompany transactions are eliminated in the system and back-end intercompany processors are functioning properly; prepare and post journal entries at month-end relating to transfer pricing; preparation of ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested; Qualifications: 5-7 years of related general accounting and managing experience, with relationship development and management skills; Prior 2+ years of public accounting experience preferable; Experience with accounting/business process improvements with multinational corporations; Bring strong proficiency in Excel, enterprise systems experience required, preferably on Oracle Financial Software; Possess strong oral and written English and Chinese communication skills; Experience with international accounting, ASC 830, "Foreign Currency Matters", and transfer pricing; Be "Hands-on" and possess strong account reconciliation skills with high attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Attention to detail and accuracy; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly; Excellent analytical skills; Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance
