【獵頭職位:上海/北京需要一位“通信系統(tǒng)算法工程師”】職位關(guān)鍵詞:LTE,LTE-A 物理層算法 JAVA,聯(lián)系人:Gloria,Email:Gloria-hua@kthr.com,Skype:huawen.gloria,Weibo: http://www.weibo.com/gloriahua微信也可查詢職位啦!打開(kāi)手機(jī)微信,搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加,歡迎大家關(guān)注! 職位描述 1.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化LTE/LTE-A UE物理層算法包括軟硬件部分定義和定點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 2.支持ASIC 硬件,DSP固件和 RF校驗(yàn) 的設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試 Responsibilities: 1.Design and refinement of physical layer algorithms including HW/SW partition and their fixed-point implementation 2.Frequent interaction with digital hardware, DSP, and RF hardware engineering teams, support verification and validation of HW, DSP including laboratory verification and RF calibration. 職位要求 1.通信工程,電子工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷。 2.深入掌握數(shù)字通信,信號(hào)處理,無(wú)線通信和高級(jí)的通信技術(shù),理論功底扎實(shí),有獨(dú)立理論分析、推導(dǎo)能力和創(chuàng)新精神。 3.熟練掌握C、C++語(yǔ)言。 4.熟悉LTE、LTE-A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有OFDM, MIMO,均衡,信道估計(jì),Viterbi、Turbo編譯碼,基站搜索,無(wú)線資源測(cè)量,時(shí)間、頻率同步和干擾消除技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 5.具有實(shí)時(shí)信號(hào)處理經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解ASIC設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 6 有RF 校驗(yàn)和功放預(yù)失真算法經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 7.具有較強(qiáng)的英文文獻(xiàn)閱讀能力,能夠熟練撰寫高質(zhì)量的技術(shù)報(bào)告。 8.工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真踏實(shí),具有良好的合作精神。 Qualifications: 1.A minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is required , fresh graduates and experienced candidates who show exceptional creativity and are prepared to engage in significant innovation 2.Solid background in digital communications, signal processing, wireless communication and some advanced communication topics. Good theoretically analysis skills. 3.Excellent C or C++ simulation skill is a must. 4.Good knowledge in 3GPP LTE standards is plus. Proficiency in one of the following areas is preferred, e.g., OFDM, MIMO, equalizer, channel estimation, channel coding, cell search, measurement, timing/frequency synchronization, control loop tracking and interference cancellation. 5.Experience in DSP firmware coding or ASIC design is a plus 6.Expertise with RF calibration or Power Amplifier predistortion techniques is a plus 7.Good written and reading English skills 8.Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and work hard |
