【獵頭職位：上海/北京需要一位“通信系統算法工程師”】職位關鍵詞：LTE,LTE-A 物理層算法 JAVA，聯系人：Gloria，Email：Gloria-hua@kthr.com，Skype:huawen.gloria，Weibo: http://www.weibo.com/gloriahua微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ 職位描述 1.負責設計和優化LTE/LTE-A UE物理層算法包括軟硬件部分定義和定點實現。 2.支持ASIC 硬件，DSP固件和 RF校驗 的設計和調試 Responsibilities: 1.Design and refinement of physical layer algorithms including HW/SW partition and their fixed-point implementation 2.Frequent interaction with digital hardware, DSP, and RF hardware engineering teams, support verification and validation of HW, DSP including laboratory verification and RF calibration. 職位要求 1.通信工程，電子工程等相關專業碩士及以上學歷。 2.深入掌握數字通信，信號處理，無線通信和高級的通信技術，理論功底扎實，有獨立理論分析、推導能力和創新精神。 3.熟練掌握C、C++語言。 4.熟悉LTE、LTE-A標準，有OFDM， MIMO，均衡，信道估計，Viterbi、Turbo編譯碼，基站搜索，無線資源測量，時間、頻率同步和干擾消除技術經驗者優先。 5.具有實時信號處理經驗，了解ASIC設計經驗者優先 6 有RF 校驗和功放預失真算法經驗者優先。 7.具有較強的英文文獻閱讀能力，能夠熟練撰寫高質量的技術報告。 8.工作態度認真踏實，具有良好的合作精神。 Qualifications: 1.A minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is required , fresh graduates and experienced candidates who show exceptional creativity and are prepared to engage in significant innovation 2.Solid background in digital communications, signal processing, wireless communication and some advanced communication topics. Good theoretically analysis skills. 3.Excellent C or C++ simulation skill is a must. 4.Good knowledge in 3GPP LTE standards is plus. Proficiency in one of the following areas is preferred, e.g., OFDM, MIMO, equalizer, channel estimation, channel coding, cell search, measurement, timing/frequency synchronization, control loop tracking and interference cancellation. 5.Experience in DSP firmware coding or ASIC design is a plus 6.Expertise with RF calibration or Power Amplifier predistortion techniques is a plus 7.Good written and reading English skills 8.Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and work hard |
