【獵頭職位：上海需要一位“PD Licensing Manager”】職位關(guān)鍵詞：IP contracts and contract structure，IP licensing，Strong problem solving skill，Sales or account management experience，聯(lián)系人：Effie Huang，Email：effie-huang@kthr.com，MSN：euphemia1031@hotmail.com，Skype：effiehuang，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Accountabilities 1.Review and negotiate contracts that (a) capture customer requirements, (b) advance business objectives through proper structuring of deals, (c) achieve appropriate pricing goals for products, and (d) maintain alignment with engineering parameters. 2.Respond quickly to customers in complex discussions about licensing issues with the capability to flex business models to adapt to complex market and customer situations. 3.Enter and process complex and non standard business deals through SAP, and maintain SAP information to enable proper revenue recognition processing. 4.Provide assistance to the sales team on applying revenue recognition rules (working closely with finance) and on pricing and business model issues. 5.Develop strong working relationships across the global organization to identify issues, overcome blocks, and efficiently close deals. 6.Stay informed on the progress and status of the deals weekly and frequently present updates to senior management regarding impact on quarterly revenue forecast. 7.Develop process to aid the future forecasting of Royalties. Job Requirements 1.An understanding of business models 2.Negotiation skills 3.Sales or account management experience 4.Knowledge of IP contracts and contract structure 5.Knowledge of SoC design flow and manufacturing processes 6.Knowledge of Semiconductor Foundries 7.Detail oriented，Commercially aware，Strong problem solving skill，Enthusiastic and assertive，Good team player，Pro-active, and willing to drive issues through to conclusion 8.MBA, MS, BEng or BSc (or equivalent) in Electronics, Law, Mathematics or similar. |
