Responsibilities: 1.Prepare funding requirements for China office 2.Manage the following activities for the parent company .Accounts payable process – record approved vendor invoices for local office and parent company, match invoices against purchase orders .Accounts receivable cycle – issue and record customer invoices, AR collections, reconcile and prepare customer rebates for payment .Generate selected purchase orders 3.Manage all banking related activities for the local office 4.Prepare monthly financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) for all offshore entities 5.Lead consolidation effort for all offshore entities: China, Taiwan-Australia, and Russia 6.Reconcile selected general ledger accounts: inventory, cost of goods sold, revenue, prepaid, fixed assets, expense accruals, customer rebates 7.Assist in preparation of reports, forecast, and budgets and other ad-hoc projects (i.e. assist in the implementation of new financial system) 8.Assist in annual financial statement audits 9.Assist in the development of corporate business processes10.Lead effort to design, document, and maintain adequate internal controls for selected transaction cycles, including Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation 10.Drive change and continuous process improvement within the Accounting department and elsewhere in the company 11.Oversee monthly tax filings, submission of annual tax reporting and payments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations 12.Keep up to date with the latest Tax Regulation and identify the issues relating to Tax and actively work with the consulting service provider to resolve the issues Qualifications: 1.University degree in accounting or equivalent; at least 5 years of relevant working experience in MNC, ACCA or CPA certifications 2.Familiar with: (1) statutory reporting requirements and the latest tax regulations in China (2) internal control requirements, (3) Sarbanes-Oxley Act and US GAAP 3.Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word). Responsibilities: 1.Mechanical design for power electronic units and sub assemblies (converter, inverter, cooler…) for hybrid / electronic vehicles and non-automotive products. 2.2D, 3D Designing (ProE) according to pre-defined technical requirements, holding time line and quality; 3.Product responsibility of power electronic units and sub assemblies (converter, inverter, cooler, housing…) 4.Design coordination with internal and external departments (MD, Hardware, Layout etc.) 5.Collaboration with international suppliers 6.Working according to product engineering in simultaneous engineering team from concept phase to series production 7.Responsible for regular design reviews in the SE team. 8.Responsible of choosing appropriate assembly and interconnection technologies and manufacturing processes Qualifications: 1.Completed master study or higher in Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Plastic Engineer 2.Working Experience : have experience in high power electronic design or similar area for 2 or more years 3.Knowledge in working acc. to product engineering 4.Knowledge/Skills:"Fundamental know how regarding die casting process and materials, bending stamping and forging processes and materials, high power interconnection.
