Focus on dedicated applications, telecom DCDC brick, toallow faster adoption of new products. Develop DC DC brick demo solution to facilitatethe new product promotion. Proficient in analog and digital control methods for switchmode power supplies. Investigate, implement and improve various kind of SMPS withInfineon power discrete and controllers (digital and analog) products. Planning, documentation and sharing new design concept tocustomers base on our new release product. Seamlessly communication with HQ to ensure high levelfeedback for product definitions and requirements on new applications. Jobrequirement： Preferably MPhil / Master degree in Electronic Eng., Major inPower Electronics preferred. Longer experience (more than 5 yrs) working in SMPS fieldswith bachelor of Electronic Eng will also be considered. Minimum 5 years in R&D of different SMPS topologies orapplication support of power electronics related fields. Good knowledge of Power Semiconductor is required. Proficient in topologies on Server and Telecom design. Willingness to travel frequently within China and overseacountries. Good presentation & communication skills, an excellentteam player and able to work under pressure. Open-minded and flexible to work with customers and meetrequirements with innovative design approaches. Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese, and GoodPC Skills. |
