崗位職責(zé)：

1、Work with Marketing,Assembly, Test, CAD, Verification Engineering and Product Engineering groups toensure proper testing and manufacturability of product.

2、Design, standardize,and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows andcoverage on all designs.

3、Be responsible forSoC DFT Architecture, Including BSD, MBIST, APTG and Analog IP test.

4、Work with Fusa teamthe implement LBIST mechanism to meet Fusa requirement.

5、Be responsible fortest pattern verification using standard industry simulators.

6、Be responsible fortest pattern bring-up on the ATE equipment.

7、Assist test engineerand product engineer to do RMA and yield improvement.

崗位要求：

1、Expert inDesign for Test methodologies with rich project experience.

2、Strong logicDesign and verification background with experience in STA.

3、More than 5large scale SoC end-to-end (from DFT plan to mass production) DFTimplementation experience

4、Be familiarwith Mentor or Synopsys DFT flow.

5、Be familiarwith Automotive grad product is a big plus.

6、Basicworking knowledge on V93 tester is a plus.

7、Programmingin Perl, tcl and c++ is a plus.

8、~10 years ofexperience in DFT field.
