DescriptionThe ZCC2007 is a high efficiency, current mode, fully integrated boost converter, which can start up from an input voltage as low as 1.8V and convert up to 5.5V output voltage. During shutdown, it can disconnect the output from the input.The converter integrates 10mΩ/30mΩpower MOSFETs and can deliver up to 3A output current at 5V output with 2.5V input supply. When the output is shorted, theZCC2007 entershiccup protection mode and recoversautomatically when the output short is removed.
