【獵頭職位：上海需要兩位 MQA Manager 】聯(lián)系人：David-Chen，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Responsibilities: -Develop, maintain and improve quality system. -Lead task force team to develop new quality system, or continuous improve project. -Coordinate regular internal audit and follow up on corrective action effectiveness verification. -Review and approval quality document, customer 8D report. -Manufacturing Quality Assurance function management, and lead MQA team to achieve related goals of QA function. -Lead cross function team for major customer quality issue analysis and corrective action implementation and effectiveness evaluation. -Regular process audit and subcontractor audit. -To be responsible to monitor all activities and drive improvement through prevention. Requirements: -Bachelor or Master from Electrical , Electronic or Industrial Engineering -At Least 8 more years working experience on semiconductor assembly or SMT Industry and 4 more years on Quality management. -Fluent in written and spoken English; -Good ability to communicate with team members and customers; -Experience of Qiality System Management ( ISO, TS.... )
